Located at the magical, tranquil ARC Retreat Center in Stanchfield, MN. The ARC is located on 90 acres of white pine forest and features hiking trails, a stream, snowshoes, fire pit and labyrinth. Meals are all vegetarian, and most dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
The ARC lodge is built in three levels. There are accessible entrances on the first and second levels, with a stair chair communicating between first and second floor. The accessible entrance on the 2nd floor is not ADA compliant, but they have had several guests in wheelchairs use this entrance without trouble. One bedroom and one bathroom on the second floor and one bathroom on the first floor are accessible.
Registrants will receive the following within 30 days of registration:
Request for accommodations + dietary requirements form
Liability Waiver + Photo Release form
Instructions + packing suggestions
Further information about the sauna+spa and wellness practitioners available at your request
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. If you are unable to pay in full but would like to register, please contact Sarah at sarah@sarahratermannbeahan.com to discuss options.
Please note, we do have scholarship funding available upon application.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to low enrollment or other circumstances that may compromise the event or safety of others. If we cancel a retreat, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date. If you need to cancel your retreat with us for any reason, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellations before September 25, 2023 100% payment refunded (minus $100 processing fee)
Cancellations on or before October 15, 2023 50% payment refunded (minus $100 processing fee)
Cancellations after October 15, 2023 not eligible for refund
Cancellations due to COVID 19 are subject to policies in place at ARC retreat center.
