Why Seasonal School?
Living by the seasons is one of the most potent ways to reclaim our essential wild selves. Regardless of the calendar, our body wisdom and energy know what is needed when we align with nature and all that she provides us in each season.
When we intentionally commit to being the scientist of our lives and notice how we live, what we need, and what we can access in each season in nature, and each lunar cycle, we empower ourselves to live in alignment with our truest rhythms versus ones imposed on us by the overculture.
Living seasonally is a revolutionary way to deconstruct cultural expectations, habits, and expectations. It is the most natural and sacred way to come home to ourselves, to the power of being in relationship to the Earth, and using our energy for ourselves versus against our natural instincts.
Sacred Seasons School will remind you of your wholeness. The state of being at your core that is wild, pure, and knows exactly what you need to live in alignment with your soul.
The curriculum of season-specific self-study courses PLUS live/virtual opening + closing ceremonies connected to the lunar cycles, and monthly live/virtual Seasonal Support Circles will load you up with materials to reflect upon and integrate into your life each season. The resources provided in each season will actively engage you and support your work to apply + explore in your own rhythm.
how it works:
Pam and Sarah, your guides, will curate a dynamic program for each season of the year. Every season will begin with an eye toward cultivating personal relationship with the seasons of the year. Each season’s curriculum will be informed by the inherent wisdom of the wheel of the year and the current zeitgeist making each season and session unique.
Opening Ceremonies
Each season will kick off with an opening ceremony gathering offered via Zoom. SRB + Pam will open a discussion about the nature of the season, provide an invitation to ground into the energy and check-in with your relationship to this point in the wheel of the year.
Self-Study Courses
Specially curated self-study courses will provide:

New Moon Support Circles
These open discussion forums will provide additional support as you navigate your seasonal journey. With plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get to know your cohort, these sessions are integral to the Sacred Seasons School communities.

Tarot can provide a deeper exploration of the topics at hand, your own growth, the invitation of the season and your tools for integration. Sacred Seasons School will provide a specially designed tarot spread to support your inner journey.
Closing Ceremony
We value the practice of integration and closure. These ceremonies will offer a chance to look back at your growth throughout the season and a path forward using your newfound knowledge.

Pam has been in the healing arts since 1996, as a licensed therapist, teacher, facilitator, energy healer, an ongoing student of earth medicine + tarot, as well as an editor/writer + creator. She builds networks of people and resources, and is committed to sharing what she has learned so that others can be inspired to remember + take action from their own truth. FAQs
What is the time commitment?
Each season will offer a monthly ~1 hour virtual session (an opening ceremony, three monthly New Moon Ceremony /Seasonal Support check-ins, and a closing session). The three self-study courses time commitment will vary from person to person, but likely would take anywhere from 1-3 hours per week. We will invite you to find some dedicated solo time to integrate your learning, but this will vary depending on each person’s situation.
What are the payment options?
We have several payment options on offer:
Seasonal full payment: $450
3 monthly payments of $150
Do you offer scholarships?
Because we offer an early-bird discount and have priced this offering to compensate ourselves minimally, we are not offering scholarships this first year.
What are the seasonal start dates?
Autumn Sacred Seasons School: September 21 — December 21.
Winter Sacred Seasons School: December 21 — March 20.
Spring Sacred Seasons School: March 21 — June 20.
Summer Sacred Season School: June 20 — September 21.
Full Year: September 22, 2024 and end September 21, 2025.
What if i can’t make the live calls?
Opening and closing sessions will be recorded and emailed to the group. To protect the vulnerable nature of the mid-season check-ins, those will not be recorded.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the self-study portion of the program, no refunds will be given after classes begin.
