Our philosophy is simple: you are your own best teacher and you have everything you need. We will share tools, practices, perspectives and philosophies that can aid your journey and guide you to claiming them as your own.

We’ve spent hours upon decades seeking guidance from outside ourselves–meditation classes, worship groups, yoga teacher trainings. We’ve spent bucket loads on coaches, workshops and gurus. We’ve been conditioned to think that there is a right way, a best way to practice, worship, create, show up. For those of us who have questioned, pushed the boundaries and kicked the edge of the container, we’ve been told “learn the rules and then you can break them. Learn the structure/system/process/pose the right way and then you can deviate from the norm.”
That’s where we get stalled out.
In the rules.
At the edges.
On the precipice.
Maybe we’re afraid–certainly the outside of the container is the unknown. Maybe we reckon the effort required to leap is beyond our limited resources, so we’ll just stay here at the edge. The edge is enough, if not completely satisfying.
No one teaches us how to take the leap. There are loads of folks who can teach us the structures, but few that are willing to walk with us over the edge into the unknown where we’ll find our freedom, our power, our sovereignty.

You are perfect. You are exactly where you need to be and your best next step will come from within you.
We will assist you by filling your proverbial apothecary with tonics and tinctures, spells and incantations to support you. We’ll draw on our 50+ years of experience, training and wisdom, the teachings of hedgewitches, shamans, priestesses, astrologers, psychologists, scientists and philosophers.
Co-creation is dynamic.
We are seekers, and seekers are always learning. Curiosity is our happy place. We are all teaching each other all the time. As we learn new things, we’ll share them with you, and you’ll be sharing new things with us. Each season, session and year will be a new adventure all it’s own.
Binary is a fallacy.
There are very few true binaries in this world. Most of the universe exists in shades of gray, but this is SUPER uncomfortable for most of us! Black and white, either/or thinking seems more comfortable, but is limiting. We aim to push ourselves and each other to find the nuance, embrace the spiral nature of the cosmos rather than the linear and investigate the truth (with a lowercase t) for each of us.

A lot of days we roll out of bed and it seems like the world is one giant dumpster fire. We look around at the chaos of the political landscape, the climate crisis, our rapidly diminishing rights to our own bodies and the claws of capitalist, patriarchal, white supremicists systems that seem to be ever more deeply embedded in our systems and we just want to crawl back under the covers—or the bed!
It’s always darkest before the dawn. We believe the dawn is coming, but there’s more shadow to navigate in the collective + in ourselves. These next few months and years may be the most trying yet.
If we are going to uproot the systems of oppression that hold us all back, we’ve got to be the most resourced, supported, resilient we’ve ever been. We are building the community we need for the future.

We’ve created these schools with a multitude of entry points to suit wherever you are in your journey.
Sacred Seasons School
Each season brings new and different gifts. Sacred Seasons School provides guidance and support to sinking into the offering of the season. For folks who want to deepen into seasonal living and learn how to more fully live in relationship to the earth’s seasons + cycles, this program is for you. This includes a bundle of self-study courses to help you harness the energy of the season, live opening and closing sessions, a mid-season support session, and a curated tarot spread.
The course value is $795 per season/ $3100 per year.
For 2024 we are offering it at a deep discount of $450 per season

Inner Wildling
This 8-month intensive mentorship program dives deeper into shadow work + personal integration. This course is for those who have engaged in some prior inner work (therapy, shadow work, coaching etc.). Inner Wildling will begin in the depths of winter energy and traverse the process of composting, seeding, cultivating and harvesting our journey, ending on August 1, Lughnasa.
Includes a full curriculum of self-study courses, monthly group coaching, monthly peer mentorship + support, plus 1:1 mentorship calls with us, as well as resource lists, seasonal Spotify playlists, and seasonal tarot spreads.
The course value is $3200.
For 2024 we are offering it at a deep discount of $2000 for the entire 8-month program.

A note on pricing: we’ve chosen these price points for 2024 because we feel strongly that the world needs this work now (ahem, yesterday!) and we want to make it available to the most people we possibly can. The various packages are designed to allow multiple options for a variety of financial situations. We will not be offering scholarships for this first year because of the deeply discounted rates. In order for your facilitators to sustain this work, the prices will increase in 2025 to the levels noted above.
We believe in a variety of energetic exchanges: if finances are a barrier for you, we are happy to get creative about another sort of exchange of services. Pamela J. Kowal, MS, LMFT Emeritus + Healing Practitioner. Pam has been in the healing arts since 1996, as a licensed therapist, teacher, facilitator, energy healer, an ongoing student of earth medicine + tarot, as well as an editor/writer + creator. She builds networks of people and resources, and is committed to sharing what she has learned so that others can be inspired to remember + take action from their own truth. Together, Sarah + Pam bring 50+ years of experience in the fields of healing, creativity, mental health + psychology, shamanism + earth-based philosophies of living. They have been doing their own deep soul work + deconstruction/ reconstruction for years, living it in real human ways. Their capacities to hold spaces of learning, consciousness raising, healing, and evolution are top-notch.
They’ll share their tonics and tinctures to long-term creative resourcefulness, regardless of your knowledge, ability, or any other constraints. They believe in supporting folks to build their personal systems for optimal mental health, soul care + self-care, and communal care, while holding a collective space to resource all.

Inner Wildling is $2000 for the program or $250 per month.

Sacred Seasons School is designed for those folks who are interested in learning more about the wheel of the year, their own cycles, and learn simple tools to grow and thrive. It is a more entry-level exploration of these topics and great for those starting on or wanting to revive and spark their self awareness journey.
Inner Wildling is a more advanced exploration of the wild, feral parts of us that have often been banished to the edges. It is ideal for those who have done some inner work already.

The course is designed so that you can learn at your own pace, on your own schedule in the way you know best. There are also live/virtual opportunities for you to participate in as well.

Enrollment for each season typically opens three weeks before the start of the session. So, Autumn 2024 enrollment will open September 3, 2024.
