Letting Go

Dear friends,

As you now undoubtedly know, this is the last month of the Bewonderment membership program. As we descend into autumn, while Mother Nature begins her process of easing into hibernation, the leaves drop from the trees and gardens go dormant, it only seems fitting to embrace the theme of Letting Go.

I often think the most difficult process for humans to endure is the act of letting go. Whether it is letting go of a belief, a life circumstance, a relationship, or grieving the loss of a loved one, release is hard. And yet, if nature teaches us anything, it is that in order to make room for new growth, we must let go. There is no creation with out destruction. And from that which is destroyed, composted and returned to the earth, our new growth is fertilized.

And so, I am letting go of the membership. As I say in the video above, this was only ever meant to be one small component of the Bewonderment program, and yet it has been the piece that has taken the most space. And so, now it is time to let it go.

I’m excited to share Creatology, the twelve module self-study creativity + wellness program! It will go live mid-October in beta version. Thanks to a really badass new platform on squarespace (which houses Bewonderment), the course will be super user-friendly with all sorts of downloadable activities, information, videos, audio and more. As I continue to build my own AV library and can develop additional tools, I’ll continue to update and add value to the course.

Hello, Rebel Writers!

If you are interested in exploring writing in a deeper way, but have been hesitant to dip your toe into a class or workshop, I’ve got something for you, too! Bewonderment’s Rebel Writer’s Retreat is doing this writing workshop thing totally different. Our goal is to break down barriers, embrace a more outside-the-box, dare I say feminine or intuitive way of writing. This is not your average writing workshop—no publishing, classes or knowledge necessary. We have few spots available and there is one 50% tuition reduction scholarship available.

The Raconteurs: Storytellers willing to rock’n’roll outside the box
